I have check Amazon in fertility yoga two of them. I began practicing, and I did yoga before.I want to know that the fertility yoga DVD is the best.

I TTC for a little while ago, I bought the DVD Monica Morell was very disappointed, I would not recommend it. In all honesty, the positions were almost all as a "regular yoga DVD" that I have Denise Austin.
Certain is on DVD Monica Morell is difficult. There was a minimum of line and not "cool" at the end. I think back to yoga for beginners dvd and then my work to reach an expanded one in - but keep to a program not specifically marketed for fertility.
I LOVE "The practice of yoga for fertility." http://www.amazon.com/Yoga-Practices-Fer ... I did my research is about the same thing, and what I wanted. It is easy to follow, with breathing exercises, guided meditations, yoga, visualization and a few other bells and whistles.
I heard Brenda Strong is a little difficult.
Monica Morell has a fertility yoga DVD. I saw a clip of her and it was not for me.
