I do not know if you hear a curse on the building site (where prophecies, but no curses) or OT allegedly at stake. In the latter case, I can only say that fell during a performance of Verdi's opera, Macbeth, or twenty years ago, someone jumped off the balcony and died. I know of no example in recent times, will not even know the ad, whether the greater part of the answer to your question, but is an example of the fact that the game seems rather unfortunate.
